Thank you for visiting and shopping at LureBeauty. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within Nigeria.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Lure beauty is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control.

Please note that our warehouse will not be open on weekends and public holiday and consequently orders placed during weekends or on public holidays will be processed the following working day. Public holidays we observe include: Easter ( easter Saturday, Sunday and Monday), January 1 (New Year), December 25 (Christmas), May 29 (Nigeria’s Democracy Day), Eid El Kabir, Eid El Fitri,  and Eid El Maulud, October 1 (Nigeria’s Independence Day).

Only orders placed before 12 Noon will be processed same day. Orders placed after 12 Noon will be processed on next working day.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

LureBeauty is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).



LureBeauty is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


LureBeauty does ship with a few exceptions. Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can’t give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you’re ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.
